Tour Itinerary :

DAY 01 :  NJP/IXB TO GANGTOK TRANSFER

➤ Welcome on arrival at IXB/NJP.

➤ Meet our representative.

➤ Transfer to Gangtok (120 kms / 4 hrs).

➤ Gangtok is located at an altitude of 5500 ft and is the capital of Sikkim.

➤ Overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.

DAY 02 : EXCURSION TO TSANGMO LAKE & BABA MANDIR

➤ After breakfast, proceed for a half-day trip to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft), just 32 kms from Gangtok.

➤ The oval-shaped lake is about 1 km long and 15 meters deep, considered sacred by locals.

➤ Visit Baba Mandir, located 18 kms from the lake, a temple of a disappeared army personnel.

➤ Return to Gangtok.

➤ Evening free for shopping and individual activities.

➤ Overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.

➤ (Optional) Visit Nathula Pass (20 kms) from Tsomgo Lake – Indo-China border.

➤ Permit required for Indian tourists with additional payment at Gangtok.

➤ Closed on Mondays; only SUVs allowed.

➤ If booked a small car, shared SUV will be arranged from Nathula entry point.

➤ Overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.

DAY 03 : GANGTOK LOCAL SIGHTSEEING FULL DAY

➤ After breakfast, visit Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, and Tashi View Point – famous for stunning early morning views of Mt. Kanchenjunga.

➤ Proceed for the best sightseeing tour in and around Gangtok.

➤ Visit Dro-Dul Chorten, Stupa, Institute of Tibetology, and Handicrafts & Handlooms Institute with Cottage Industry.

➤ Explore the Flower Show, enjoy the Ropeway ride, and see Bakthang Waterfall & Banjhakri Falls.

➤ Evening free for shopping and personal activities.

➤ Overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.

DAY 04 : GANGTOK TO DARJEELING TRANSFER

➤ Morning after breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling (118 kms / 5 hrs).

➤ Once the summer capital of India, Darjeeling offers a blend of natural beauty and Himalayan culture.

➤ Surrounded by tea gardens, the town faces some of the highest Himalayan peaks.

➤ Take rest, then enjoy a walk around town to absorb the local culture.

➤ Overnight stay at hotel in Darjeeling

DAY 05 : DARJEELING FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING WITH TIGER HILL

➤ Early morning visit to Tiger Hill (subject to pass availability) for a spectacular sunrise view over Mt. Kanchendzonga – the world’s 3rd highest peak.

➤ On return, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop War Memorial.

➤ After breakfast, proceed for a half-day local sightseeing tour.

➤ Visit Ropeway, Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Closed on Thursdays), and Himalayan Mountaineering Institute.

➤ Explore the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center, Japanese Temple, and Peace Pagoda.

➤ Later, visit The Mall (Chowrasta) and the local market to experience city life.

➤ Overnight stay at hotel in Darjeeling.

DAY 06 : DEPARTURE

➤ Morning transfer to IXB/NJP (85 kms / 3.5 hrs).

➤ Tour Ends with sweet memories.
